Sure glad I looked up this number before calling the guy back!! "Mr. Balfour ext 233 from CRM Canada
at 1-877-771-0105 regarding case file xxxxx". What a load of hooey!! I've saved the voicemail that was left and if there is another call I plan to tell him that the voicemail will be provided to the police. I wonder if guys like this are even aware that people can look things up on the internet? Wish they'd get a real job!!

Repeatedly have called and left blank air messages on my answering service, calling up to 7 times per day. Have left one message in going on a month, from "Credit Risk Management Canada" gave me a callback number of the 1-877 number followed by extension 233, the name Mr Balfour, and a reference number for a case for a person who has the same last name as I but a completely different first name AND gender. I don't know anyone with my last name and the first name of "Tom" I will be reporting this phone number to the CRTC.
