This is a legitimate call from Puget Sound Energy Co. regarding the upcoming upgrade in home electric meters in which electrical service will be temporarily interrupted for a matter of less than five minutes. They also sent me a postal letter announcing & explaining this upgrade in equipment a week prior to the call.
