I have no idea how these people got my number. They are calling early mornings and late at night for "location information" on a family member. The person they are "trying to locate" in this case is publicly listed in the phone directory and hasn't changed residence in over a decade. Not difficult to "locate" at all.

I wish I could press charges against these people. I have no idea how they got my number but they are calling for one of my friend's family members who apparently owes money. They call at all hours.
