Says his name is Dwight and he is from Microsoft and that my computer is sending virus and alerting Microsoft windows and I need to get in front of my computer as soon as possible and call him back.

Hope renee you do understand the difference in between "I am from Microsoft & I am a Microsft Certified Technician" I am very much sure that he must have mentioned that he is a Microsoft certified technician, but that does not means that we have anything to do with microsoft directly or indirectly. In our organaization no one is allowed or authorized to say so & trust me nobody even tries that.
The man claims he is from Microsoft Tech but has a strange accent.
