Received phone call today from Nancy Miller 877-705-9571 Omega Mediation, to collect a debt she said from 2000 from Chadwicks which I never had. Ms. Miller threatened law suit/court action unless paid. Ms Miller would not produce address, fax # just gave me an email to correspond. I hung up and after googling company name found numerous SCAM complaints. I immediately called back and asked them for their NYS License # to collect debt here in NYC and they refused to give me and said they would close my case!!!!

This company called 2 different family members of mine the past 2 days and said they were looking for me because I owed $435 to a bank from 10 years ago! The "employes" were beyond rude and got super offended when I kept digging in aski g questions about thos. They demanded I pay over the phone to prevent being sued. I was hung up on after telling them my husband who is an officer would call them back. This is a total scam and so glad I didnt fall for it!

They keep calling my cell asking for my spouse. This phone is not n my name only! So, I found out that this so called company is a SCAM! They won't answer when you call back. They called me again today and I informed them to that I knew it was a scam and that I was going to report them (which I did) when they heard that they hung up.....him???? would a legit company do that???

Receiving weekly calls for a pending debt ($345) with Monogram Bank. I don't have a credit card for a bank that by the way does not exist. When ask to send paperwork to my address for review they always hang up the phone. they want you to settle over the phone without evidence of the claims.

They keep calling me on a debt that I have paid and threaten to take me to court but they never will because I have paid. I'll admit I was worried for a day and now I'm just mad but yeah omega mediation group big scanners the bank I originally owed said ignore them and don't give them any info pieces of trash.
