I received a call from the Omega Group twice today on my job. They claim I owe a payday loan wich is $1040.00. I thold them I have never had a payday loan for that amount of mooney and have paid the only1 I had off. He further stated he would put a block on my social security number. His name was Jon Marxx. He said the original amount is $300.00 but I would have to pay late fees and attorney cost but he would be willing to work something out. I instructed him to contact my attorney but he declined stating that it was my responsibility to take care of this. I hung up. He called my job right back.
Got a call from Omega Group saying I owed BMG Payday loan. Could not give me any more info. I don't owe any payday loans. I told them they were the second call about this and I was not paying and going to report them to the FTC Federal Trade Commission. Along with the other 16 companies that have been calling. SHe told me don't pay anyone that wouldn't send you a contract first. So I say send me a contract and I will make payment arrangements for this. But she never called back - I still reported them to the FTC. They told me to not pay them they are a scam. tThey said they were mediators and would fill court papers today if I did not agree to pay. I said go ahead.
Claim to be filing a complaint about a woman my wife worked with years ago, via our phone number,
apparent fraudulent and misleading information on both sides. Someone needs to sue the piss out of these types of operators if not lock them up. Someone is off their nut. Someone picked up once and pretended to have another call while I was put on hold.
Nobody likes to WASTE their time listening to a recording then when you call back, its another voice message - demand they dont call you back - FCC regulation!
