I have received calls from duty free depot so many times this year I can't count them all. I went to the duty free website and filled out a form to complain and I received a response saying that someone would be getting back to me. To this day no one has gotten back to me. Each time these people call and I answer the phone and the rare occasion that someone is on the other end, I cut them off and tell them to stop calling me and I tell them that I was told my name would be removed about 3 months ago, and at some point while I am talking they hang up. I was going to report them to the BBB but I can't find all the required information in which to file a complaint.
I didn't even order anything from them, they got my number from a third party and they don't know who it was.
