They call repeatedly and do not stop even when presented with evidence that they have received full payment. They are not licensed to operate in the state of Florida.

They are United Cash Loans out of Oklahoma (I looked them up through the Better Business Bureau) and have been calling me as well repeatedly until I called back and insisted they stop. I found it helpful knowing my rights, as outlined here:

These people have been calling me regularly almost once a day ever since I bought my Trac Phone 3 months ago, calling from the number (877) 820-0157. I always simply ignore them. The last two times, they have also left me a voice mail message that only says "Please call (800) 404-8817." It clearly is a scam, I just don't know what, but since it's costing me money, I'd rather they would stop.

I have never dealt with these people and they will not back off. I will have harassment charges filed if it doesnt stop.
