TJ Maxx "collections" is their message, when they leave one. I have a brand new card there but haven't used it! Buttheads.

Called at exactly 8:00 am. Got automated machine saying it was a call for *my name then disconnected. I have a TJX card but it is currently paid in full so I have no idea why they would be calling.

Just called me on Feb 20, 2017, left VM they were calling from Synchony Bank regarding my TJX rewards credit card. Asked me to call back or go to TJXrewards.com. Also included TJX mailing address in the VM message. I plan to call the number on my credit card billing statement to verify there has been no unauthorized activity on my account, but I am NOT calling back (877) 822-2014 as I am assuming it is spam or fishing scam.

I work in collections. This is not a collection call. I pay my bills every month on time and the full amount that is due, and they still continue to call. I ended up blocking the number.. it is a scam!!!

we get a daily voicemail message from "cinquity bank for tjx rewards." even when we pick up, there's never an option to talk to a human being to ask to be removed from their list. our number is on the do not call registry. tried to block through comcast. let's see if that works.

when they ask for account number say I don't have it and they'll ask for your social security number and say you don't have it. they'll transfer you to a rep. I gave them my name and they said they do not see any cards in my name. they took me off the do not call list. I asked if there is anyway they could find out if someone is using my info for a credit card and they said no. so yes it has to be a scam
