Took money out of my account Fraudulently - bank is working to resolve.
Have no account with them, somehow scammed $500 out of my account.
Please report these scams on this company and watch your account diligently as we have no idea how they got this out of the account.

Calls of 10/17/2018 and 10/18 to a business number in regard to a notice of Past Due payment. The VISA & MASTER CARD with Credit One was completely up-to-date. I suspect fraud and that the caller(s) are looping the number that appears on the back of clients credit cards. Go into your account to make payments if any. DECLINE CONFIRMING ANY RUSH PAYMENT ASKED FOR AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE.

They have called me numerous times. I did a application on line got approved. I had been waiting on my card to come in the mail. I final got a request from creditone bank asking to fax or mail a copy of my social security card. I called them and they said to prove i am who i said i was. i told them never mind on a credit card with them. I have credit cards and never have i ever had to send a copy of my ss card to them.

File a report with the FTC/ FCC/ and State Attorney General via their websites. The calls will STOP and you may receive 1,000. TAKE ACTION

I am not really sure the name of the caller but what i do remember is getting phone calls after phone calls all different hours of the day. Then all of the sudden the phone calls stopped. I want to let you know that about two weeks ago $521.95 was taking out of my checking account (which they do not have my permission to have that info) and when I had called the bank they put a report and claim in and when I got the results back it was from Credit One Bank. I have paperwork to prove it as well

They call severall times a day and never leave a message. I do have a Credit 1 bank credit card and I do owe them money but if I can't make a payment I don't respond to the call. If I have money to make a payment then I will answer them.

they have called my cell phone a total of 135 times since December 10th this doesn't include the times they have harassed me at work or home. my payment is not even due until January 2011. these people are crazy something needs to be done
