these people are nuts. they are constantly calling and threatening prosecution for a check fraud but refuse to give any more info about the case like a case number or a name of an attorney. They also called my parents harassing them that I can be arrested.

I DONT KNOW WHAT THE ABOVE INDIVIUAL IS TALKING ABOUT-MY WIFE AND I WERE ABOUT TO LOOSE OUR HOME AND MY WIFES NURSING LICENSE,,, (OUR FAMILY ATTORNY VERIFIED THEIR LEGITIMACY) AND A WONDERFUL WOMEN MS MASCOTO SAVED US 3-4 THOUSAND DOLLARS OFF OF OUR OLD STUDENTLOANS... WORKED W/ US AND WAS SO VERY NICE AND KIND. I HONESTLY AM SO GREATFUL TO HER... AND THEIR WHOLE TEAM OF EXPERTS... THE GUY ABOVE IS OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE WHO JUST DOESNT WANT TO BE HONORABLE AND PAY THEIR BILLS!!
John please do not listen to the Anonymous person, he is probably someone that works with the criminal at the 877-827-4430. I too and many other's have recieved calls from this criminal (Stephanie Lowinger). You and I are not the only ones being harrassed from this animal. She is been arrested once before for her threatening, decieving and manipulative ways regarding collection and she keeps on moving around and changing names so that she will not be arrested. The great news is that she and her bogus crew are about to be arrested AGAIN real soon, for what she is doing. I also recieved a call regarding bounce checks ( I don't have a checking's account) and harrased by her company. She uses aliases such as Mrs Rosen, Samantha Rosen, Mrs. Rosenbaum, and anything else she wants that day. If you get a call report it to the NYS attorney general asap at 716-853-8404. she is ruthless, and is violating the law if she tells you she can pull your license or have you arrested. she is not a lawyer, just a sleezy debt collector who will not comply with the law. The civil case and criminal case against Stephanie Lowinger and Neimen Rona & Associates is being handled by Assistant Attorney General James Morrissey and Senior Consumer Fraud Representative.
