This company is a complete scam! Anyone who has lidigation against them would have a court imprint of the litigation against them and this company could not provide one just threats! They called me an idiot when really they are the idiots because I was smart enough to call them out on their SCAM! We recorded our conversation with them and made a police report. tOTAL SCAM!

This fraudulent company is disguising themselves as a litigations department. They've obtained my information from Public Bankruptcy records, and are threatening to sue me, though they cannot provide an attorney or valid creditor. It is a scare tactic where these "collectors" or "Litigators" are trying to scare you into paying them for fake debts. You need to be on top of your records, if you have filed Bankruptcy, as they try to use names they find in your filing (creditors). I told them my attorney would like their mailing address, and the address they provided was for the Nevada Department of Transportation. They said that this is actually an office rented by an attorney inside NDOT, and that all mail would be forwarded to their actual office in DC! When I called them on how ridiculous and not well thought out their scam was, they became upset and hung up on me.

Really? Lock up my animals & put away all firearms? I received a call like this last year as well. The new scam on trying to collect on your very, very old collections from years ago that they have bought for pennies on the dollar. Robocall. Clear violation of fair credit reporting act

Court ordered litigation. They would be showing up at my place of employment with a court ordered document to serve me. If I am not at work they WILL come to my home. Keep dogs locked up an all firearms put away.
