Left a message on our answering machine that they were from Citi Visa Card and if we needed help in paying our debt to press 1 (one) and they would help us with this problem. This message was left on our house, land line, phone on 09-July-2020.
These people called claiming to be card member services. At first the robo caller said my debt would be forgiven and to press 1 for the details. When I pressed one someone came on the line asking if I used Visa or Mastercard. Then they for my expiration date on the card supposedly to validate my card. I asked so many questions and refused to give them my expiration date, they hung up on me.
