This person called me at my work and tthreatened me with something legal and i better get an attorney. I told the guy I have done nothing wrong and I would be calling the FBI. Then they threatened to call my boss and tell them I am a fraud. I told them to go ahead I have nothing to hid and I will call the FBI and report this scam.
a co worker of mine received a call from "Sam Scott" at 877-837-4395 asking for me. sounded very agigated and yelling. i have to call him today for i will be served with papers. this is not the first time this happens to me. won't call them but i will report him to the FTC
Called me 8 times in an hour....threats to have lawsuits and legal actins aginst my wife if we didn't pay them from a place called "Cash Advance". Jim Carter is the guys name and I'm unable to understand him the accent is so thick. He also called my wife numerous times. Fact is we have just finished a bankruptcy and EVERYTHING was discharged in it. I'm all for hunting this guy down!
