Convergent is sending payment demands on accounts that aren't even in the correct name. with massive deductions!! Direct contact with the supposed lender has no indication of any accounts linked... WOW

Got a letter from Convergent saying we owed $17K to a bank but would be willing to settle for $7K. How generous of them since it was totally bogus.

Called and left no message. I looked it up online and saw
reports of harassment.

This number calls me at least 2-3 times per day. I have never answered. I called back and asked who they were and was hung up on. Obviously a scam!
