Kurt called did his spill asking to speak to who takes care of the insurance. I told him I have it taken care of meaning we have insurance for our company. He said that isnt what I asked and hung up. So I called him back told him he was rude he said I was rude because I didnt answer his question, I told him to take our # off he said no because we were a company but he wouldnt be personally calling. I said he needed to work on his customer service skills he said I did too. This guy needs to find another job! Super rude!

I reached out to Farmers after experiencing his rude behavior, he is not in fact employed by Farmers, so I reported him to my states insurance commissioners office
