Calling all the time even though I requested they stop. Just called again and person I spoke to said he would add me to DNC list and it will take 24 to 48 hours.

Just dumped Direct TV because they just raised my bill and dropped The Weather Channel, pretty stupid on there part. Dish is going in tomorrow. They keep calling and not leaving a message.

Cancelled DirecTV on Friday. Have received six calls from this number by noon Sunday. After the first two, in which I made clear that I no longer want DirecTV, I just get a dead line when answering.

Just cancelled my service yesterday (which was slightly more difficult than Michael Douglas trying to break it off with Glenn Close). Got three calls yesterday and two so far today and it's only 1:20pm.

They are doing the same thing to me. I called them the night before about certain issues I was having and trying to upgrade some things. After talking to 3 people and getting nowhere, I called Dish Network and cancelled Directv. Amazing how they didn't wantto help me when I was a customer but they are trying to get me back. HA Directv can kiss my butt!

I called to cancel my account and Directv is calling me every hour on my cell phone! I do not answer the calls because I have nothing to say. I have not even had time to receive a final bill.

company identified itself through a reluctant supervisor, S G, as WEST BUSINESS SVCS. Tnis company is a contract of Direct TV, with the mission to coerce cancels to resubscribe.
I too cancelled my Direct. I too received continuous calls, even after I requested them to stop with a cust svc rep.
I ended up calling Direct themselves and have turned the info over to them. This is a contracted svc trying to make a buck off the people they harrass.
accoding to the FCC -a violation occurs after a caller is asked NOT TO CALL A NUMBER AGAIN, a number listed on the do not call list and the purpose of the caller is to solicit. No caller may call unauthorized more than once a day after speaking to the owner of the number.
in the case of West Business Svcs. they broke all of these after the first call with me. I am logging and have a record of every call made by them in the last 2 weeks.( over 11 this week alone!)
EACH CALL/OFFENSE IS SUBJECT TO A FINE/REWARD IN A LAWSUIT BROUGHT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND ON THE BEHALF OF THE ONE IN WHICH THEY ARE WORKING.
arm yourself with the information folks! threaten suit.
it is your right. and, it is going to be your reward once they are proved to be breaking the law!
