I just had a call from DNI recovery, with threats of garnishement of wages. But the call came from DNI recovery. but the company that tried to collect the money was from Ezell Williams, I played it smart and had that account closed because I just not going to pay for something that they cannot prove. I asked for an email to be sent so that i could see who this creditor is, no email yet, except the one from the agency showing that the account declined their 'payment. This company got me a few months ago, and i paid them. So is DNI recovery a susidiary of Ezell Williams?
Mrs Davis from Ezell Williams & Assoc called me for the past week or so saying they would garnish my wages from a payday loan dated 2006. This company is no longer able to conduct business. If you look them up in Illinois, their licence is "Involuntary Dissolution" as of 08-14-09. Suggest reporting them to the FTC and Illinois Secretary of State (Corporations division).
A nice lady by the name of Ms. Perkins called and left a message at my work stating that they are going to have a wage garnishment put against me unless we can talk about it and come to a deal to pay off a loan from over 6 years ago that I never made. This is a scam from what I have been reading and please do not fall for it and send them any money
That guy called my office and threatened to ganish wages. But I owe nothing to nobody, so this is rediculous. Perhaps some mistake
