was called by unavailable number. they left a voice mail of a woman claiming to be with the summons division of a county that I used to live in and that they had a pending case against me and that two charges would be filed against me if I did not respond by 10 am the following day. I was given 8778479745 to call their law offices. I thought the lady worked for the county not a law office? they had my bank name an old address and my brothers names. The bank acct info was wrong as well as my brothers phone number. I called and talked to a man he said that I had an outstanding payday loan from 2007. I asked for paper work and he said that we were passed that stage and charges would be filed unless I paid 249 dollars. i asked where they were out of and they needed to provide proof that there was a debt and that they could collect it. (there is nothing on my credit report the loan supposedly came from impact cash). They said they were all over and i was talking to a virginia office. the payment would be processed through arizona. I asked why the woman said she worked for the county when they had no record of her. and he said that she was a finder or some crap like that not directly affiliated with them yet she left me an extension number to call her back at the same number she gave me for the law office 8778479745. the call back number is busy most of the day and then a machine answers for capital solutions asking for an extension or for you to hold.

Two identical calls made to my x-wife left on answering machine. Stated my name, requesting to call back and give information about me, left a case number and then said "you have been notified".
