This is the message left on my cell phone, and I never gave her my number. this is melissa calling in regards to an extremely serious buisness matter my client is asking me to finalize your case. I didnt want to make my recomendation without speaking to you or your attorney first. Please contact my office today at 1-877-854-0260 The number used to call me was 419-442-0087. I believe they are located on 10th street in toledo. I believe they are perpetrating a scam. I have received this call in the past. I never call back using my cell phone per Norton Security, which has identified this type of call as a scam to get a list of numbers to sell.
i did call back and the person said they were a financial service, I think. I was informed never give out my cell phone number, which is exactly what he wanted,"to look up my case" I gave him my thoughts and he hung up before I was finished. Oh if I would have called back using my cell phone I think they could have seen my number and had valadation of a active number to add to a list to sell.

Also got a message from a Nick, the number came up on caller ID as a local number. Not sure what call was about, called the number back and it was not working, a message about a voice mail error. Then called the local number and got a very nasty woman, name of Stacie...told her to stop calling me and hung up on her.

Threatening calls. Asked them to stop calling and finally had to block them on my cell phone.

I have received numerous messages on my home phone from a Michelle and Nick stating they need to talk to me about a very serious business matter before talking to his client. They never say what business they are calling for. I too am on the no call list. Nick also said in the office until 9:00 p.m. eastern time.
