This call is dangerous and treat you nasty. I have no outstanding accounts to warrant a call.
This call is NOT a real debt collector. They leave a severe sounding robo voice message if one doesn't answer using the call recipients formal name.
I was out grocery shopping when I came home listened to the message. I almost called them back but Googled the number that this number is red hot with scam information. Even the Better Business is trying to put a stop to this.
They tell you if you are not the person of the formal name to don't listen to the message or over the formal name person talking. It's the law. What company does that?? Then the msg talks severely in their attempt to get you to call them back
DO NOT call these people back! They want to rough you up to scare you into giving out personal information.
They say they are First Credit something, but in my case there are zero reasons to even receive a call like this.
Protect yourself against this scam and scammers.
They left a message for me by my last name from a previous message. However all my debt was wiped from that marriage due to bankruptcy. Said to ask for Rich Anderson.
