I got a call from them and returned it. They were helpful. The debt is mine. They do try to act like they're more than what they are and you know it's not true but whatever. I settled my debt for less than what I owe and via payment plans. I authorized 2 checks and didn't have any issues.

This lady called and said i owe money from a loan. which is right but when i informed her that i lost my job and i have no money she cursed me out told me i will need a lawyer and hope i have some money or i and going to jail. She was so rude and disrespectful. I called back and she continued to hang up on me.

This is one of those scam companies that will keep bothering you. They called me looking for a fictitious person and would not stop. I contacted the FCC but just got the run around. I told them to stop calling many times, but they called under another name everytime I did so. They have masqueraded as RAM, L Ryan Copeland, Giove Law, etc. They are scum.

My final solution, a personal denial of service attack. I called 50+ times and left messages, everything from screams to whispers followed by screams to information regarding them and their practices and even replaying their threatening messages. I had a lot of fun for an evening. A week later they called to inform me that they wanted the calls to stop or they would report me to their own law office (huh?). They also said that I was off their calling list.

They'll probably just reform under yet another name and call me again in which case I'll call them 100 times (and get others to do the same).
