This is not a legitimate company. They go by the name All State Litigation. They would not provide me an address or a normal phone number. They hung up on me several times. They denied being a third party debt collector--they said they were first party. Not true: even if they were attorneys, they would be third party and subject to federal rules. They refused to provide information about the debt. Asked for social security number. When I said no, they hung up on me. They also go by the name BAM and The Titan Group. Please report these people to your Attorney General's Office.

I just got a call today from this number. The person identifies himself as Ted Williams. He stated he had a summons he was trying to deliver for check fraud and possible bank fraud. Funny thing is, I haven't written a check in 8 years. He stated that he would come to my place of employment and would wait at my residence to deliver this summons. However I could maybe avoid court by calling this 1-877-866-1310 and talk to the plaintiff

I got a call from this "company" too. It was someone by the name of Michael Wood. Said the same thing about the check fraud, summons, etc.

I'm trying to find out who they are so I can send a cease and desist and contact the attorney general's office.

they called my parents' house and said to my father that there are charges filed against me and I should contact them immediately. I have not lived at my parents' since 1980s, why call them and scare them to death? I have a debt but I am not behind my payments. These people may be crooks.
