Rec'd robocall this afternoon, claiming to be Kathy Jackson from Microsoft Refund Dept., stating that I'm owed a refund for balance of my computer support plan because they had been ordered to close down. Told to call a toll-free number to arrange this refund. Had a very poor phone connection, so couldn't hear the full number. Obviously, Microsoft not out of business in whole or in part, so this is a scam. CID showed phone # and "800 Service."
