I just got a call last week from an unknown number from a lady stating that she was trying to serve me and I told her no-one came to my house. She then gave me this number and a case number, I called it and a man answered and said "You are being sued by U.S. Bank and that we could settle it if you send me $800." At first I was going to than I thought about it and called U.S. Bank and talked to the police and they both told me it was a scam. No today the same man called and said that because I did not send the money, they are going to sue me and I will have to cover the court cost and everything. I am on S.S.I.
