This was Directv calling about a missed bill. They had called several times and when I answered they tried to switch to a live person, the phone went dead. I had looked the number up on line to see if it were a scam and when I called it back, found out that it was Directv.

HSBC calls 12 times a day using different numbers. They ignore my emails and mailed explanations. All over a dispute over 35 dollars. This is harassment. Notify State of Illinois Dept of Consumer Affairs and Attorney General.
