I don't think this is actually a CenturyLink phone call, but instead it's someone who is trying to steal CenturyLink's clients.

Say they are from Century Link but we have called Century Link ourselves and they do not make they calls. I just wish they would stop, it is very annoying at how much they call. I have actually put the number by the phone and will not answer it anymore. If I want to change my service I will call them you do not need to call me!!!!

Cold calling by a centurylink 3rd party sales group, beware they try yo upgrade you to services you don't need.
