I phoned this 877.898.2595 number because i received a letter indicating that there was money owed to them. The female person that answered this call did not acknowledge that they were "Modern Recovery Solutions "I asked at least 5 times if this was the companybeing "MRS" and did not get a reply only being asked if I received a letter. I told this person I will NOT give any info to her unless I know the company i am talking to. These people are crazy.

absolutely the rudest person I have ever called from a collection agency, They were looking for someone who doesn't live in my house and after i told this ignorant girl that the named person didnt live at my house she proceeded to rudely ask how i knew them and where they were, after I repeated myself several times I didnt know this person, she asked how n why they would give my # out. Just the most ignorant and inconsiderate person ever.
