This company called me they are a third party collection agency calling on behalf of Fifth Third Bank. When I informed them I was a part of a class action lawsuit regarding Fifth Third they still continue to call me and I have notified them I will be notifying the law firm that handled the case that is now closed. If anyone had a account with Fifth Third that is one of the companies they are calling for.

Not sure what this "agency" is but will harrass for outstanding balances for an account they will not mention.

The company name is Customer Care Management LLC, they have a Chicago number: 312-733-5966. A Mr. Oliver has called my job and harassed me stating that I need to make payment arrangements. I informed him that he should mail that information so that I may review. I refused to give him my address, telling him that if he had the job info he most assuredly have my home info. Called Customer Care Management and told them I will be filing a complaint with the States Attorney's Office.
