They called me to saying he was from the Nochols group, he had all my personal information and was trying to get me to verify it over the phone with my old address from a debt 7 years ago. Claimed he was from the Nichols group and I owed a debt and they were taking me to court but would give me a chance to settle the debt. Couldn't tell me the exact amount of the debt, refused to give me the attorney's name and number litigating my case saying he was my case manager and I would only be able to deal with him. I do not give out any information on the phone and told him to mail me a verification notice and he stated they have been trying to contact me for 6 years and this was my last chance before court which would cost 9 thousand dollars. I wont give anything over the phone send me a letter or screw you.

They called my work. Asking for me by my Maiden name. Saying they were collecting debt from 10 years ago. Saying they were Nichols Group LLC

Lady left a voicemail on my mom and my sister's phone telling me to call that 877 number. I'm pretty sure I would not get a phone call first if something was really wrong.
