i've been getting multiple calls a day, on and off for about two weeks. They always call at odd hours so i've never answered.

Conserve agent stated the following "We will keep calling you three times a day every day" then he held down a button with a dial tone for about 45 seconds then hung up

"We're going to keep calling you 3 times a day until you answer" Then the caller holds down a key and lets it ring in your ear for about 40 seconds than hangs up. What an ass.
