They are saying that I am approved for a payday loan and when I tell them that I am not interested they get irate and start threatening to take action against me for not doing business with them.

Some messages state they were calling regarding a payday loan, for which i didnt apply. I asked them to stop calling me and that i was filing a complaint. They still continue to call. Caller always have a thick Indian accent.

Call multiple times a day to offer you either pay day loan services or insurance services or credit repair services they are from an Indian company their number is not listed and is an investigation mode in Idaho Utah and South Dakota

My problem is have filed several complaints and nothing is done still getting calls from the #'s I sent complaint on. Have blocked numbers they just use different ones. Guess we are just stuck ignoring them.

This is my 3rd day dealing with this crap. Today they started calling at 4:30am. Previous calls were for payday loans today they have been telling me they are credit repair company or a life insurance company which needs to verify my information. Yesterday I had to get the police involved because I was told if I didn't pay my debt that men would come to my home and rape me (the guy laughed and went into graphic detail) the only reason I kept him on the line was I was recorded that call.
The detective I spoke to said there wasn't much they could do but gave me the following information; report each call to the dnc registry, also ask for a DCA# when you speak to them, keep a log when they call and what the call was about. Good Luck everyone I don't see an end to this madness any time soon.

He asked if I wanted a car loan. I said no, this number is on a do not call list, so DO NOT CALL. He repeated..so you do not want a car loan. I said NO...DO NOT CALL.

Payday loan company, they refer to me as Eileen, but that is not me nor have I ever received a phone call for an Eileen in the 2.5 years I have held this number.
