This is a scam! Honestly they switched from talking about my "overdue" gas bill to my electric bill when both of those accounts at my old address have been closed over 3 months. Even though they went on to say they are separate account services you needed to call and separately close both accounts and you did not, and told me that I closed the electric but not the gas and that there was a balance of over $200 in my gas account at that address. I didnt realize it was a fake because she had all the information of my last payments and previous address. National Grid needs to do something about this collections call they are calling from out of state and actually had the nerve to tell me that I had not closed the accounts and apparently the current resident was using the account under my account number. But they did not have any account numbers, also this was in RI and online it says this number is from Massachusetts. Very sketchy! Do not give your SS number to verify your identity or any other personal information!!! I was pissed

I am in a subsided building and the electric bill is 50.00 a mt. its crazy. I have 3 rooms and don't use anything but my tv and computer. They will have to wait for there money!!!

Natiomal grid is an electric company in Massachusetts who recently increased their rates by 37%. They will probably call w very 3 hours today, yea for call blocker!
