This is a Sprint call back number. I called them and asked for the call back option rather than hold indefinitely.

Got a call earlier. Like others it was from Sprint. Lady said she was trying to call me back from a conversation earlier. I told her I hadn't called Sprint earlier. She said she would try calling back on that person's land line and it must be a wrong number.

Can't say it was definitely a scam, but will say it was sketchy.

used sprint online chat. I was told sprint would contact me in 5 days and the caller ID would say sprint. within 5 minutes after calling sprint I had a call from this 888 number saying they were sprint and requesting my password to "assist me with a discount" the voice sounded like they were from India, music was playing in the background. I did not provide my information to them. Will call the known sprint number! I guess nothing is secure ! I looked up the number to read all the comments by others! Be careful! Wow!!

I believe this is a scammer somehow using sprint's number to get your information. My phone was stolen overseas and I had a phishing attempt earlier today to get my icloud password to locate my phone. I caught on and logged out and changed my password. Then this number called me repeatedly and left a blank voicemail. Definitely suspicious!

They keep calling wanting to transfer my cell number yet the number I have was given to me only 3 weeks ago and I asked to be put on the do not call list yet again getting calls and will get them 4 to 10 times daily.

It was the actual sprint cust care # and they said its sprint that they appreciated me being along time customer for more then 24mths they wanted to show it by sending me a 50$ gift card in the mail in 2weeks.. And just to verify my # my pin n zip i called it back and it was sprint and i reported it so they know and i changed all my info anyways! Please becareful
