THIS IS NOT SPRINT! THIS IS NOT COMCAST! OR SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES THEY PRETEND TO BE! Because they are illegally eavesdropping on your devices to include cell phone, computer, network etc before they call you. This is a security network interface company that will illegally run interference through everything you own to include your cell phone, cable, network etc. and illegally tampers with everything providing themselves access to ALL your personal information and data before placing the call to you to pretend to be whomever they are you contact regularly. IT IS A VERY COMPLEX SERIOUS SCAM. After obtaining all necessary, by asking you all the right questions as normal reps do and even your security questions, DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS AT ALL.... TO FIX NOTHING.... they gave me a phony trouble ticket similar to Comcast. IF YOU GIVE THEM ACCESS they CRASH your system first then try to sell you their own network security program to fix it. By telling you if you do not pay them or charge your credit card your services will NOT BE RESTORED, hangup and contact your company. THEY PRETEND TO BE SPRINT, COMCAST, ETC.... Turn off your cell phone device, disconnect all devices from your computer providing internet or outside access, do a complete restore on your computer to an earlier date, download an anti-virus software immediately after, disk cleanup-delete all restore points. Please beware... Hope you don't fall victim
