I called this number after a pop up on my computer which looked tremendously like Microsoft Security Essentials said my computer had been compromised, , the call was answered by a foreign speaking operator who said he needed to connect to my computer, remotely to take care the malicious software on my computer. I said "I DON'T THINK SO!" It was a scam.
