This is a scam advertisement in the local newspaper. They say they are the Government and for $89 you can get started. If you give your credit card or banking information, who are you giving it to as they will not tell you the agency of the government they work for. Watch your back and thanks for looking up this information, shows you are smart.

I called this number after seeing their advertisement in my local newspaper. After waiting for awhile to hear about their "program," a rather apathetic human picked up, asked me what state I lived in and then immediately asked for my credit card or checking account information, so he could deduct the required $89 fee.

I told him that sounded fishy, and he immediately hung up on me. Smells like a scam to me.
