They are now PREMIER CLIENT SERVICES Robert Goldstein (Sr. Coordinator) called and left a message saying, "This is regarding a local claim that may be filed against you in your local jurisdiction and attached to your name and SSN." Stating that I needed to call or have my attorney call and that failure to return the call will be noted as a forfeiture of my rights.

I called and spoke with someone who put "Robert Goldstein" on the line. He claimed that I owed $1300 for a $500 Installment loan that defaulted in 2011 with My Cash Now (formerly Cash Now). I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE. After doing some research- These are two different businesses. Cash Now IS NOT a direct lender but rather is a website that will find you a lender and My Cash Now has closed its doors and left a message for its clients stating "Our managers have decided to close all accounts and no further action is required from you". (866) 398-2274. FYI- when I called back to tell them of my findings I got a lot of shuffling around and being put on hold.

Have been receiving phone calls from this persn for the past month. Claiming to have a retruned check on my Bank and that I should have my councel or myself call them. After 4 messages I called them, not even me they wanted. A relative of mine had used me as a reference and they were skip tracing them. Told me if I did not give them the information I could be required to do so by the courts. I do not think so, this is harrassment and I recorded the call and will follow up with legal action if they continue.

I also got a call, the caller state that his name was Officer Pearce, the call was from 6 months ago. I didn't call them back and now they are back calling my work number and now the caller has a different name Officer Moore, he said that I need to call him back within a couple of hours. This is a scam that tried to get something that you didn't even owe.

Caller from this number called my work, spoke to my manager claiming he was an investigating officer who's name was Officer Pearce. My manager then transfer the call to me in which I got the name of Investigating officer Mcbride who was calling from San Luis Obispo, county where I'm from( so he claimed). He then when on saying that there was a warrant for my arrest for check fraud and that the judge had requested a background check which he had the results for. He said the background check came back clean and that the judge had decided to give me a chance and resolve this out of court. I was to pay 1200 dollars. He said the check came from an unpaid payday loan that I had. I did not know what to do and I asked him to call me or give me his number because I was at work and could not do anything at that moment. The call then got disconnected. My manager then tells me that he had called back and told her "she thinks we are playing, but she is going to be arrested withing 72 hours. This happen on wednesday 09-26 and it is now 10-01.
