Called me every day for the last week threatening legal action if I don't call in the next 48 hours called back and was asked if I was Spence Merchant said no was told would remove my number from Dialer and was hung up on.

First it was a robocall stating that it was a documented call regarding legal proceedings and if I did not go to their office by end of business I will have waived my right to counsel. When I finally spoke with a human being she wanted the last 4 of my social and got upset when I wouldn't give it to her. I asked who was supposedly suing me and she wouldn't answer. I asked for an address, she wouldn't give it to me. They have now called from 7 different not in service phone numbers and have claimed to be Parks and Associates, ERS Mediation, and ERS in house legal dept.
