Called to talk about our natural gas account. We don't use CenterPoint. I did call back, and it sounded like a call center, NOT an office. Then the call dropped and I didn't bother to call back.

The call seemed irregular from the beginning, they claimed association with PG&E and wanted to discuss "Gas Core Regulation" where they will be regulating our gas bill to a fix rate. We are a multifamily complex and each gas is metered separately.

Called and claimed to be DTE energy. Asked to talk to the owner and would like to talk about gas costs on our last bills.
