They claim to be a collection agency and also claim to be a litagations firm, which is it?. They threaten to file a civil suit against you on a debt that is usually years old. They will not give out their address or fax number. They claim you have to pay your debt first before they will give you any contact information other then their 800 #. I WOULD NOT NOT PAY A THING TO THEM!! The company has a "process server" named Courtney Miles and then when you ask about her they will turn around and say no one by that name works there. But she's a nice process server lol, she gives courtsey calls as to when she will show up at your job (and ONLY your job because that is how Capital wants it served) but when you inquire about the civil suit they claim they have filed against you, they do not. It is a fear tatic to get you to fork up money to them and if you pay it they will call off their server. These people actually give collection agency's a good name for a moment. They are the worst of the worst and as soon as I track them down (in the process now) they will be hit with a MAJOR lawsuit for us!!
