They are the loan company for my car & they are a pain in the ASS! They call at least every hour, even if you're 1 day late. No grace period. They just keep harassing people, it's ridiculous. Thank God for this company that blocks their calls.

They call me several times a day and they have the wrong phone number. I call back every day and am told they will restrict my number so they can no longer call it but that hasn't happened. It's been 3 weeks.

Just got a call from them and they left a voice mail message. The person spoke so fast that I couldn't understand a thing they said. Evidently, they don't update payments made online as I have already made this payment. So much for a "10 day grace period" they say you have. They start calling the day after the payment is due!!

Tried to get my info. through my computer saying I had a virus and to call this number for windows texts support I'm reporting it to the BBB!! SCAM

It is Ally Bank. We got a car loan thru them and they start calling 5 days after your bill is due. One interesting fact; she mentioned "daily finance charges" will be added with late fees. After checking the small print on the back of the contract, if you don't pay by the 10th day after the due date they assess you $10 per DAY on top of everything else. Yikes. I guess I better juggle payments around!!!

CONTINOUS CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. EVEN AFTER I HAD TOLD THEM THIS WAS A BUSINESS AND TO STOP CALLING. ANNOYING AND DISRESPECTFUL.
