I had a suspicious email stating that two incoming emails were placed on pending as I had to access a link and wait for aol to respond. I looked up the customer service number for aol and called and the man said he will have to have someone call me back. I got a call from a man named Harry with a thick mmiddle eastern accent who wanted to remote in and run some tests and that there would be a charge of $100 for them to perform the diagnostics. When I called the number that he gave me, it is a woman's recorded voice telling me to leave a message. I am very skeptical that it may be some kind of hacker as I ran into a situation with an insurance company compromising personal information and attempting to steal my identity..
