I got a voice mail which said there is a complaint against me and I have to attend a hearing. I was told to contact them within the next 24 hours and was given the no 8882400347 & case id. Please don't give any information and fall for this scam .

New tactic: I received four text messages from number in the same state, that they contacted him/her. When allegedly calling back they 'explained' that they tried to contact me regarding a court date. So the texter kindly forwards me the case number and above phone number.

Michale said he was the mgr and was in california and has a case number and legal docs, however that is impossible b/c I am a sc resident and he would need have a att in sc and sc vcase num to sue- he swore got irate when I called him out and hu. It is a faulty debt collection harrasment leaving illigal threatening vmails on familys vmails with their name and messages and continuious calling to dnc numbers. ! File a complaint with the cfpb and bbb etc...!

They called asking for my son and to give him message. My son says it's a scam he didn't fall for it!!

This number just called me and was listed as from vegas and wanted me to call back 888-240-0347 and gave me a case number. They wanted to know if I'd be home to be served legal documents. This is total bullshit as i do not owe any outstanding debt.dont fall for these scammers!!! And this is multiple times they have tried this over the last couple years!

same thing happened to me today..unknown number that give the 1-888-240-0347..and it wasn't for me. they gave a case number and said call for the documents LMAO..idots.. DONT FALL FOR THESE TARDS.....

This happened to me February 15,2016. I did not answer the first time around and a voicemail was left stating that they are calling about the address on point park dr, I was listed as a person of contact for a "Terrell Rasona". I automatically knew it was not real. I do not know this person and no way they will give you my number to contact them. I've had the same number for 10 years. So I called back to get more information, strangely they did not try to get any information from me because off top I was like you have the wrong person and you need to remove my name from whatever profile it's on. They did not say anything but ok we will remove it. I then googled this persons name and it looks as if he lived in the same apartment I lived in while in college almost 10 years ago. These people definitely try to do whatever to scam. I guess they thought myself and the guy they tried to use knew each other because of living in the same apartment at some point. But it's clearly a scam so beware and do not give up any information.

They called from "unknown" number and when I answered they asked if I was available to sign legal documents. I told them that the said person was not available they gave me this 8882400347 number to call back ASAP with a case number. I won't call back because I don't have anything that has escalated to that level, besides that, if it is legal documents they have to be served by a third party. I don't fall for scams and I don't agree to anything over the phone

They are a bottom dwelling low life, last chance dept collector who pray on disabled people and try to collect depts that are past there limitation. They go after Time-Barred Debts.
