16 calls this week. 16 times told to stop. Told in no uncertain terms to add me to their do not call list. Threatened to report to the FCC. Even called them back and kept guy on phone for 15 minutes just to get back at them. Then... they called again. Called 800-XM-Radio to complain. Was told I was unsubscribed. They lie. They break the law. There is no escape but to change your phone number.

Someone from the call center at XM in the United States, or Bombay, India keeps calling my cell phone, and hanging up when I answer. It is not a machine call. I hear human noise in the background. I called the number, and told them to stop this crap, or I would cancel my subscription with them again. I am just wondering if it is a vindictive person at XM, because I recently made a complaint about a rude, sarcastic customer service incident, and two weeks later, I am getting prank calls from XM. Isn't their anybody in management that fires people like this?

Canceled my xm subscription a few months back because I purchased a new car and it has sirius in it. XM immediately began calling several times a day, never leaving a message. When i finally answered I explained that I canceled because my new car does not have their service it in and asked to be put on their do not call list. The guy apologized and the conversation ended. Two weeks went by before I started receiving calls again. It is constant, every day. I am highly thinking of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
