Cookasuckers!!
Cancun Luxury Travel is a total scam! I received a fax at my work offering a 6day/5night stay at our choice of Hawaii, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, or Cancun through Delta Travel. They promise you the world and offer all these wonderful resorts. Then when you book and get a confirmation # they are supposed to send you an email. It took 3 calls to get the confirmation email. When I call the number on the email to confirm our reservations, they told me that the vacation we booked with Delta, Sandals Resort in Jamaica was full and that at this time no vacations were being booked to Jamaica due to homeland security. I called Delta back and they had not heard of this. Then come to find out they don't even offer reservations at the Sandals Negril! Obviously I was frustrated with the runaround, so due to my attitude they flagged my number and won't talk to me anymore to get this resolved! SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!!!
There is some fax come through our work fax machine. with deal 6 days/5 nights Cancun inclusion at $199 per person . My husband called and the person is very rude. Next day I called the same number and they said there are only two packages left and asked if you will make the reservation immediately. After they got the credit card information, I realized this is fraud as they didn't send me E-mail for confirmation and signature as they said they would. The agent name is Jean. One hour later after I hung up, I called credit card to cancel my card and block the charge. But suprisingly it is charged two days later at weekend after I already changed to new card number. The charge is "Cancun Luxury Travel". I worked through with credit card for dispute, but this company provided a fake sigature, fake initial on contract which I never received. This fake signature is sent to bank and I received with bank letter. The case with bank is still in process. It is very tough. Be cautious of this phone number which will rip you off. If anyone has idea to catch these criminals, please send your suggestions.
This is definitely a scam! I called the number and simply asked to get a little information on their travel deal and I was hung up on. It sounded like a black male who simply answered the phone saying "Reservations." He did not reveal his name or the name of the company. I called back thinking that maybe we were accidentally disconnected but when I called again, I received the same response. I called a third time and girl answered the phone saying" Reservations", so I proceeded to ask her why I was being hung up on. She then hung up the phone. I am convinced that this is a total scam. I feel sorry for all of the people who actually got through and gave up their credit card information.
I received the fax today and was actually calling for information. I was attempting to get information and was hung up on. I then spoke to a guy and asked him what kind of company and the guy cussed me saying F*** U BI*** who the F*** did I think i was talking to and he hung up. (he sounded like a gay white guy. I then called back and spoke to a guy named James I said i was calling back to give my credit card info and continued to take my info....i then cut him off telling him how fake the company was. >>>>> BEWARE>>>>>>> of this company!
