Cancun Luxury Travel is a total scam! I received a fax at my work offering a 6day/5night stay at our choice of Hawaii, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, or Cancun through Delta Travel. They promise you the world and offer all these wonderful resorts. Then when you book and get a confirmation # they are supposed to send you an email. It took 3 calls to get the confirmation email. When I call the number on the email to confirm our reservations, they told me that the vacation we booked with Delta, Sandals Resort in Jamaica was full and that at this time no vacations were being booked to Jamaica due to homeland security. I called Delta back and they had not heard of this. Then come to find out they don't even offer reservations at the Sandals Negril! Obviously I was frustrated with the runaround, so due to my attitude they flagged my number and won't talk to me anymore to get this resolved! SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!!!

There is some fax come through our work fax machine. with deal 6 days/5 nights Cancun inclusion at $199 per person . My husband called and the person is very rude. Next day I called the same number and they said there are only two packages left and asked if you will make the reservation immediately. After they got the credit card information, I realized this is fraud as they didn't send me E-mail for confirmation and signature as they said they would. The agent name is Jean. One hour later after I hung up, I called credit card to cancel my card and block the charge. But suprisingly it is charged two days later at weekend after I already changed to new card number. The charge is "Cancun Luxury Travel". I worked through with credit card for dispute, but this company provided a fake sigature, fake initial on contract which I never received. This fake signature is sent to bank and I received with bank letter. The case with bank is still in process. It is very tough. Be cautious of this phone number which will rip you off. If anyone has idea to catch these criminals, please send your suggestions.

This is definitely a scam! I called the number and simply asked to get a little information on their travel deal and I was hung up on. It sounded like a black male who simply answered the phone saying "Reservations." He did not reveal his name or the name of the company. I called back thinking that maybe we were accidentally disconnected but when I called again, I received the same response. I called a third time and girl answered the phone saying" Reservations", so I proceeded to ask her why I was being hung up on. She then hung up the phone. I am convinced that this is a total scam. I feel sorry for all of the people who actually got through and gave up their credit card information.

I received the fax today and was actually calling for information. I was attempting to get information and was hung up on. I then spoke to a guy and asked him what kind of company and the guy cussed me saying F*** U BI*** who the F*** did I think i was talking to and he hung up. (he sounded like a gay white guy. I then called back and spoke to a guy named James I said i was calling back to give my credit card info and continued to take my info....i then cut him off telling him how fake the company was. >>>>> BEWARE>>>>>>> of this company!

The representative I spoke to was named Kevin STrum, a black guy (at leasted he sounded like). This is the second time I have called. The first time I told them I wasnt ready to lock the price in and they hung up on me. This time I told them that I was ready and he played it all out, put me on hold for several minutes and came back and said they could do it. I was just about to give my cc number and then I hung just like they did to me a few weeks earlier. I wonder if its real. There is no information on them on the bbb.org. WHo are these people???

HUGE SCAM! They answer the phone saying "reservations" Got a fax saying $199 for 5 nights in Hawaii total. Tried calling. They said they gave away all of their packages, but when I told him I only had 2 people they were able to find an extra voucher. Originally I was excited because I am planning on going to Hawaii. The guy was going to check with his "manager" to see if there was any way to get us in to a hotel although they needed 45 days notice to "process" and "find a hotel" They try to associate themselves with Starwood, but the ARE NOT with the company. I am still waiting for a call back from them, but not holding my breath. I tried calling them about 20 minutes after I hung up asking for their company name and they asked how they could help me. I said I just spoke to someone and wanted to know their company name or the person who I was talking to name. They hung up on me. I called back another time and they gave me a sarcastic remark.

I've filed about 16 complaints with the FCC and guess what happened.......? Nothing, nada, zip!
If you call the number on the junk fax they will laugh at you, call you names and admit they are a scam and there's nothing you can do about it. Peter Sotolongo, I think that's one name that's associated with them. Now they have 10 logos from various airlines, etc on the fax so I decided I would call every one of them to let them know their logos are being used fraudulently. Like they care? I'm sick of these a**holes using up my ink. If I knew where they were ...........!!!!!
