They have been calling me since May. They use names of my family members and make threats but nothing happens, they just keep calling so I guess that's it - they annoy me and waste time!

To lend gravatis, he said he was "Mr Spinelli" from law office Armor OConner and Bach. Said I should call to avoid a claim against me and my SSN. I blocked his number.

Spinelli called from Armond, o'Conner and Bock from 757-414-9458, listed as Belle Haven Virginia....total scam.....he says he has my name and SSN but would not tell me what it was.....he wants me to tell him so he can verify....not gonna happen spinelli......

Got a robo call from them. Thank god, I read the comments on this page. Unfortunately, I called and left a message. Let’s see what happens..

Yes, many times with the same threats. I block them, but they change the number and call again. I have no past due accounts with excellent credit. I'm getting tired of it.

Jessie , I got the same call ... Man with a real firm Voice saying he had documents and if i did not call him back he will see me at my work with the documents and to call him back with a file number he said ..

yes received several now 2 frm Spinelli, and 1 frm a female didn't listen to complete message as the script was as stated above from Jessie, with exception they didn't want to represent me, they wanted to give opportunity to clear this account prior to client filing with another office. Which totally didn't make sense. I don't owe anyone so what account would I need to clear up!??? This is very much a nuisance and very disruptive, I have questioned Verizon regarding these calls, and they state they can do nothing about them, other than if we want to subscribe to their service to block calls, which at that point I am at a "deaf ear" it should be their responsibility to protect us as their customers!!! Makes you wonder if "they" (meaning any of the mobile or landline carriers), are somehow behind these type of calls to rough up customers "extortion" to get their services used when we don't subscribe to them. Hmmm Would not surprise me to find companies behind the antics that we see in the world these days......

TOTAL PHISHING SCAM.
THEY CALL USING DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND HAVE PHOBE NUMBERS OF FRIENDS & FAMILY, AND PRESSURE THEM CLAIMING THEY HAVE MY FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER'S NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AS WELL.
(The call script is somewhat like this)
"John Michaels calling from The Offices of, Armer, O'Conner & Bach, regarding a complaint that was filed in their office under your name and social security number. It is extremely urgent to receive a call back using direct ext. 107...

"The message was very firm and with a tone of authority. No mention from which city or state he''s calling. Claims to have mailed the documentation to the address he has on file for me. Either way he said he was attempting to protect my right, to be informed. File number 1456907. His office can represent me. It's urgent this call be returned.

This is a SCAM AND A NUISANCE!!
