Call was from the number 610-924-7308 (Philadelphia suburbs) informing my mother she was eligible for a discount on electric bill. Caller claimed to be with Clearview Energy, a partner of PECO. My mother repeated at least three times she was confused by the call, but the caller continued with the deceitful solicitation.
