Trying to loan me money

I get a call from these people, and have for almost 5 months now, every day, excluding weekends, 3 times a day. One at the crack of dawn, which wakes me up earlier than I need to for work. One in the middle of the day, which sets my phone off in the MIDDLE of work. And one at night, AFTER NINE. I'm paid up on my bill, in fact as of now I have 7 dollars in credit. All profiles are updated and cared for on a weekly basis. And I've only had service for a month, that month of which, I have paid them so far, 230$ for a 55$/mo service. I've reported them to the better business bureau, since their customer service is all but telling me to **** off, too bad, your money is ours now. And they charged me for a service they not only told me would be free, but never happened. They never leave a message on the phone, NEVER, and when I answered a few times, I just got a long pause and a hangup.
