I just started to receive phone calls from this number at work. They are claiming that I owe AT&T some money. I called AT&T and they told me my account was fine. Then my father and cousin call me and tell me that a robo-voice call from a "Kerry Smith" was received on their phones looking for me. How the hell do these people get these numbers? How do I make this stop.

They get the number from your old phone accounts, ie numbers you have or the person they are looking for has made a call to or received a call from. AT&T gave this company all my records illegally when my husband died and I turned his phone off and sent them a copy of his official death certificate. They told me they thought I was trying to scam them and would bill me for the disconnect. I hired an attorney and after being an AT&T customer for 13 years I have also canceled my acct and in the process of suing them for harrassment. So they sold the illegitimate debt to EOS CCA which is who these calls come from. Taking legal action against them and filing claims with the FTC.
There was a message from this number on my parents' answering machine, looking for my sister-in-law. She lives two hours away and I don't think she even knows my parents' phone number. The message was from Kerry Smith, like others have said, so I called the number back and got the company name. I love it when they try to pronounce our last name...those robocalls can't handle the "Cz" at the beginning :)
Stop calling my number. I don't care who you are. I am not the person or persons you are looking for. Next time you call I will report you for harassment. Dont know their name just ask if I am tione.
Have asked my number to be removed permanently from these yahoos. They have it associated with 2 accounts. Looking at filing harrassment charges but they won't give me their address or agent for process.
I have had this number a year and 4 months and someone else keeps giving it out as their home phone number.
Talked to a lacey and a David the surpervisor.

You have to pretend you want to send them money. Here is their address:
